Participants' LEVIL Results
Baseline domain measures were taken for 2 weeks. Patient participants continued completing the questionnaire for 12 weeks while on the Theranova dialyzer.
Using the LEVIL application patient participants answered six questions at the beginning of each treatment about how they were feeling since their last hemodialysis session. The descriptive words on the scale were as follows, feeling of general well-being, sleep quality, and appetite - “very poor” to “excellent”, presence and severity of bodily pain and difficulty breathing or shortness of breath - “extreme” to “no problem”, and feeling washed out or drained - “extremely fatigued” to “full of energy.” Each question was valued between 0 and 100.
